Hotell from hell! I had stained sheets! Room not vacuumed! Hole on the wall! Just unbelievable experience, can't believe yet what I saw there! I CAN'T BELIVE THAT CHEAPTICKETS HAS THIS HOTEL ON THEY LIST!

Hidden area, worst customer service ever. I would never return to this hotel, customer service is terrible and bathrooms were definitely used before we our check in.

Got 1 hours sleep. Worst hotel stay ever! I really don't like to leave negative views but this literally was the worst night stay ever. And it is not directly the fault of staff as it is the type of set up they have. We got the room 2nd floor directly over the entrance and since night night people were hanging around the entrance, drinking socializing etc. Off ice closes at 11 pm so I thought people would adhere to being quiet then and head in but nope. all night people partied out there with their whole families including y... read more

Inexpensive hotel near to airport We looked for an inexpensive hotel near the airport. This was not well kept up and not well cleaned,plus we had to pay a taxi to get to airport. It was just OK.

ExtendedStayに泊まるのは１０軒目くらいですが、こちらのホテルは朝ごはんの品が欠品が多かったです。　バスルームに前の人が使ったタオルが残されていました。　全体的に、ほかのExtendedStayに比べるとちょっといまいち、、と思いました。

The sheets on one of the beds were dirty and the bathroom trash was not emptied. There was also a half empty 2 liter soda in the refrigerator.

Not again. The girl at the front desk was great. The hotel was not just full but oversold. Could not believe that there was just one person on staff to take care of the whole hotel. The girl had to clean the room herself while I had to wait with two more people who were waiting to check in. The rooms were not cleaned. I bet she had to do the same for others too. Not her fault. Happy with our three night "no frills" stay Our room was clean when we arrived. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The room rate per night was great since we would not stay very much in our room, too much to do with family in the area. I would recommend this motel if you are looking for a "no frills" accommodation.
