The hotel over booked - I had paid for double queen they did not have one available so they gave me a mattress to put on the floor for me and my kids to sleep - not to mention they would not provide me with additional towels- the bathroom was dirty - was awful experience

We showed up and there was a really bad smell that surrounded the entire property. When we went inside there was no one present to help us and we waited for over an hour until a young man came out and told us we couldnt check in because it was too early. We explained we were on the road and just wanted to crash for a couple of hours and probably shower before we head home. He told us he would be back to help. No one ever came back. It's more of a long term housing place than a hotel. The front desk is very limited, doesn't open until 9 and will charge a fee if you leave your card in the room and need a new one. It's very basic, and you have to go through a phone service with menu tree to get someone to respond at the front desk. No exchanging a dirty towel, one towel per room, absolute minimum service

The hotel had roaches and the manager was leaving the hotel and did nothing to compensate me for this

There was hair on the bed and in the shower. During check in, they said I didn’t pay through Expedia and had to pay again, then had to go through Expedia to get a refund. There were boxelder bugs in the room. Three times there was an extremely loud mechanical sound coming from the room next door. There was a finger food smudge on the remote. No staff at night. Couldn’t wait to leave the next day.
