Last time I ever book Extended Stay Room booked not available. Sent to another location where the type of room I booked was also not available. Lobby was run down and dirty. Waited in first lobby over 10 min for someone to show up. Will never book at an extended stay again.

Would Not recommend this property. No coffee makers in room, nothing in the in room kitchen is stocked, not even a coffee mug. Very thin blanket on the bed. Just very very budget, if that’s what you’re looking for.

The room was in poor condition no shower curtain and not very clean!

Very Disappointed Overbooked so the king we reserved wasn’t available & they offered us a room with 2 double beds at a discounted rate but we ended up with a queen because we needed the extra space in the room but when we got to the room there wasn’t a table in there that was also needed. Be sure to bring some safety pins, clothes pins or paper clips to hold the curtains shut, there were burn holes on bathroom floor, the bathtub looked dirty & the supports underneath must have been broken because there was a “V” down the mid... read more

I was moved to a different location with no prior notice. After hours of driving and unloading my car, I find it was over booked. I somewhat understood. Once to other location there was not coffee pot or other dishes that had been requested months ahead of time. I choose the location because I could use kitchenette. ended up going out for meals anyway. The smell in the halls were horrible. Mixture of animal and smoke.

This place needs a lot of clean up and maintenance. The hall ways are filthy, our bathroom door was to warped to close, no one was ever working the desk. The outside door that stated you would need your key card to enter, never locked so anyone could get in. I’m really not picky but this place is bad!

Stay away from Extended Stay - Eden Prairie Booking was moved from one property to another without notifying me in anyway. When I said "checking in" he didn't even ask my name or anything, just said, "we don't have any rooms, you've been moved." Did not transfer my booking information -- got a room with 1 bed when I asked for 2 Queens. Did tell me that the manager authorized a complementary night for having moved us. We did not stay the hotel was filthy. The staff was rude did not hold the reservation after Expedia charged me over $18. To have them hold it. Staff reported to us at check in they had 1room with queen size beds 1 room with single beds. (We asked to hold 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each. There were people spitting on the floor. We left and stayed at Hampton Inn

It is horrible. Rooms are not clean. Odd smell there in the room, window cannot be locked. Hallways have horrible cigarette smell. Found lot of trash under the bed. No proper room service or support
