Our room smelled like wet dog, there was dog hair on everything. We reserved a king room and they tried to downgrade us to a double queen because they didnt have kings available.

No Reservation Confirmation by Hotel THey sold our room and then claimed they did not have the reservation. All the hotel rooms were sold out in the greater minneapolis area - we ended up SLEEPING IN THE CAR!!!!

Nightmare of a Hotel I was issued a room and when I got it it, it stunk so bad.. like burnt food. The smell was so bad you could smell outside of the room. I then went up and asked for a new room, which is was given. My second room had countertops that had huge brown spots on them, and it smelled also. I had to go and buy deodorizer to spray in the room to help cut the smell. The bathroom was dirty. The tub had wads of hair in it, the sink looked like it hadn’t been wiped down. The pictures online are very deceiving. The bedding is awful. Just was like a run down super 8. We won’t be staying at this hotel again.
