DO NOT GO HERE!!! WE WALKED INTO OUR ROOM AND FOUND BED BUGS!!! WHEN REPORTED, THE GUY DID NOT SEEM TO BE CONCERNED AND JUST WANTED TO GIVE US A NEW ROOM. HECK NO. WE WERE OUT OF THERE!

Worst ever It was terrible! Room had not been cleaned, bed was not made, towels and trash were all over the room. Room smelled like cigarette smoke....front desk personnel seemed to blow it off saying someone would get in trouble if it was reported.

this was a horrible place to stay, rude staff, mold in rooms, bathroom nasty & dirty would not stay there again

What i didn't like about this property is the stuff because when i arrived Saturday night to check in the lady was outside smoking cigarettes with other guy and i waited for 10 mins and she didn't even say hi or hello to me when i walked by to her and she didn't apologize for me . So this hotel is not good place to stay because it's very poor for customer service

Check in was nice and simple and the front desk person was friendly but that’s where the positive of this stay ends. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable my husband and I both woke up with our backs hurting ( not common for us). The window sill was all cracked up, floor in the entry of our room was bubbling, the cover to the air conditioner/ heater would not stay in place, our comforter on our bed smelled horrible of urine. There really was nothing to like at this property. I felt like it was false advertising from the photos that were shown on the website and orbitz. Nothing was as clean as it showed and the amenities are outdated.
