Horrible customer service. Bed bugs and lock in door did not work. No other rooms available. Ended up leaving. Need refund

There were no rooms when we arrived and was told there will not be any available tonight. We are now trying to get our “no cancellation” reservation cancelled. We are also trying to find another room.

This hotel was nasty , the toilet over flooded and ruined my kids clothes , they didn’t clean the room. The hotel was just giving low budget and gutter butt nasty .
