I didn’t like there was no remote for the tv, no way to call the front desk from the room and the hallway smelled

Property canceled my stay without notifying expedia or me. Would not recommend this property. Expedia spoke to the hotel staff onsite but they were not able to provide an answer on why my reservation was canceled. Take your money and go elsewhere.

Nothing, I was charged for a double bed for 1 adult and I stayed in a single room queen size bed 1 adult and I was not allowed to get a refund

I didn’t like anything about the property, I had to clean my own room no maid service and was charged for living in a double bedroom but I had a single bedroom 1 adult

Dont stay here, even for free of cost. It took than an hour to get us checked in because the attendant couldn't remember the login id and password to the system. The hotel was smelling of weed and there were insects in the room. A non smoking room had smoke smell. The room was filthy. Dont stay here.

The front desk receptionist refused to accept the ID that we were trying to check in with. Because he stated that the ID holder is not a US citizen yet and this may cause a problem to them obtaining their citizenship.

From the first step inside the building, it smelled like marijuana constantly. The floor in our room clearly hadn't been swept for some time. The bathroom shower faucet dropped. There was a crack in the bathroom sink and vanity. There was a bloodstain on the sheet. There was a barking dog, constant voices and knocking on doors in the middle of the night and the room above us you could hear every step the people took and it was nonstop throughout the night.
