the room was dirty and rug all torn up and smell
Dirty No breakfast
The room was dirty, blow dryer did not work, the bed was without a blanket and when I requested one, was told there was not a clean one available, check in area was dirty, the take and go breakfast included muffins which were very dry/old.
Stay somewhere else! Extremely outdated! Very uncomfortable, very outdated, not very clean. I would Never stay there again!

Staff where super kind/friendly. Room was gross The Staff at Extended Stay was so kind and friendly and easy going which was such a nice change compared to the every other hotel I have ever been too. The room I was in was looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for 6 months, stains everywhere in the kitchen counter that could have been easily cleaned by house keeping, debris and dust on all surfaces including the floor. Like: Close, convenient. Dislike: Bad smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Someone was smoking in the other room, which the smoke smell came into my room. I kept inhaling in while sleeping and it kept waking me up all night. Towels had hair on all of them. Some were dirty. Seems like they don't wash their towels, or at least they don't wash them well enough.
Terrible experience. Front desk was on a personal phone call and said not one word or welcomed us or even hello. Our room #306 was very dirty and requested we changed. We were moved to #318, still dirty but with the storm my 3 kids and myself could not leave. We slept in our clothes did not use any of the dirty blankets. The bathroom counter and shower were dirty.
