The water faucet in the tub was broken so water was running all night.

Disappointed I don't believe that the room was really cleaned since the last guest. Someone's hair was in the shower, someone's private hair on the toilet, and hair from a man's beard on the sink. There were drips from a drink spill on the counter and the heating unit took forever to get the room warm. We were so tired from traveling that we dealt with it, but this impacts our view about Extended Stay hotels.

I found very little to like about this stay. The internet was spotty and the Dish Network was horrible. No recliner in the room like I had the last time I stayed. Breakfast should be more than just some cereal bars.

Gave away our pre paid for room. Final four in town no place else to stay. Prepaid two weeks prior and confirmed with manager Megan 5 hrs prior. Horrible dishonest people. Don't stay there much better hotels in Woodbury at same price. It is dirty it smells.

The moment we entered the room, we could smell the cigarette smoke even though the room was supposed to be “non-smoking!” the room was extremely cold, no heat on - outside temp was 5 degree! The room was old looking. The bed was dirty! The shower curtain had strands of hair stuck to it! The lighting was poor - cheap!!!

In the first room the bed was broken, in the second room we got the sink in the bathroom exploded and flooded the entire room, and in the third room the tv remote did not work. The manager told me there was nothing she could do.

Awful experience. I was not set up with requested needed items that were part of the extended stay experience after asking multiple times in only a few hour period. The hallways were gross and smoke free was not the case. The facility was very shady and not managed very well. The staff was nice but definitely more involved in their own personal dealings than actually working. Not ever recommending this place. In fact I am sure they would be in violation of health codes.

Not so good. The carpeting was loose in several areas. we were sitting on the edge of bed and it almost flipped over.
