No ice or cups in room. Room was dirty. There was a cat living in one of the rooms. STAY AWAY!!

Location was ok. Bed was clean. That’s all I have nice to say! First room I checked into- bed looked slept in, so not sure it was cleaned Got to the 2nd room- found a “medical” needle on the carpet next to the bed There was a kitchenette in the room but nothing furnished, not even throw away cups. Wait there were 2 knives in the drawer. No cleaning service during my stay Hallway smelled like stale smoke

We arrived at 10:45 p.m. and we're told that the computers are down and there is nothing they could do to check me in. I waited for about an hour before the computers came back up in the lobby on the phone with Expedia trying to get this sorted out to no avail. This is an actual conversation overheard in the lobby while I waited. Guest: "could I have some towels" . Bad customer service experience ever, did not get the room I reserved and paid , staff came at 5 in the morning and knocked door without any reason. I never want to stay there anymore or won’t recommend anyone to stay. Staff was not at front desk ever.

A very disappointing stay. Cleanliness was okay in the room but there was hair in the bathroom. The shower pressure was terrible and it felt like I was never gonna be able to wash off all soap suds. The bathroom sink sprayed water so hard that washing your hands created a mess on the counter. The bathroom door seemed to be too big and you actually had to pull hard to shut it and push with your body to open it. Bed was uncomfortable and 2 out of 3 pillows were like logs. Got double charged for the room. Stqff regused to give us a refund. Kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors all night . THE ROOM HAD CAT HAIR ALL OVER THE BED!! The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling so im guessing it didnt work. Staff was unbelievably rude. Not impressed at all and will NEVER be staying at an extended stay america EVER AGIAN!!!!!
