I paid $140 a night (only stayed 1) and it is not worth half that. First I had to wait to check in, then they send me to a room that was still dirty. Finally get to my room, BTW, the only similarity to the picture on line is the lay out. The toilet seat was broken, no bedspread or blanket on the bed, they were folded and laid on the end. The kitchenette is completely empty, so useless unless you happen to bring dishes, etc. No coffee maker in the room and the hair dryer was broken. Don't know how to review a hotel I couldn't stay at. My reservation was not there when i went to check in Friday night. Also my card was charged for a room I didn't get. Nora good way to run a hotel.

I booked online & had a confirmation number but there were no rooms when I arrived at the hotel. I called Hotels.com & was told it would be 24 hours to receive a refund. Hotels.com couldn’t find me a room for the night at a different location. I found my own hotel 5 min away. Very frustrating at 11:30 pm at night!

Once we got a clean room the property was fine. It took almost an hour to check in. We got there at 4pm, waited in line, got a room 203 walked up there with kids and luggage and the room was dirty. Walked back to lobby waited in line, told the front desk, got a new room 303 maybe?? walked back upstairs with kids and luggage. Walked in to room and was DIRTY!! Started to walk back downstairs for a third time, very upset

Will not use again But and paid for around and when I got to the hotel 3rd cleaning staff had left early leaving many of the rooms uncleaned therefore there was no room available for me. The poor girl at the front desk had only been there for days and was already left alone to figure it all out. I have to be moved to a different hotel by the booking company because hotel was over sold. Lobby was extremely hot.
Took over 30 minutes to check in due to computer problems Expedia charged 150 for room Staff told me the cost was 118

I like the discout, but the police were there everyday. I did not feel safe. I believe the staff did not apply the discount as qouted and/or Expedia made a mistake when I booked.

The rate was decent at $70 some but i had a lot of regret not spending $30 more and staying at the Doubletree by Hilton not far away. The bathroom still had stray hairs and dust. The hairdryer was greasy/oily. What the heck? The carpet in the room felt grimey - I felt uncomfortable walking around without sandals on. The refrigerator was nice to have available but there was literally still food chunks on the bottom of it. The sink still had food/debri crusted on.
