we booked with you and got to the hotel and they said they were overbooked did not help us find another room. had to find our own room and pay considerably more than what we were supposed to pay through you

Did not like anything about the property. Dirty, outdated, desk staff unfriendly, no amenities.

Nice location. However the hotel needs some serious cleaning. Carpets are dirty, smell throughout the Hotel was gross, and needs to update their piping system. Friday morning there was no water till at least 12noon. Disappointing when you have a plans and can’t get to them till 1:30PM. Also, there were homeless people wandering around the halls. Might want to have some extra security in the hotel.

Don’t stay here!! Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty. I waited in line for 30 minutes to check in just to be given the wrong room. The bathtub ran water all night and there was no hot water. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I spoke to a manager when I was checking out and was told I would be getting a refund. Shocker a week later no one has contacted me and there has been no refund.

I had a reservation. I call the day of telling them i was gonna be late. I walk in at 1am. They turn me away. I ended up going across the street in a suite for the same price. Thanks but never again.

Staff was rude, cleanliness was nonexistent and for just $30 more we could have stayed in a five star hotel!

We really didn't like anything about this property. Its one of those places where you know you made a mistake staying there as soon as you go through the lobby door. Very smelly. Very old and tired looking. We knew we'd be late for a check-in, so I called at 1PM to ensure our reservation was still good. The desk clerk said it would be fine. Finally checked in at 9PM, and the room we reserved was still not ready...nor would it ever be. The housekeeping staff didn't show up that day. Disgusted It was horrible, had to wait an hr to check in, then they couldnt find my reservation, the hotel doesn't have an ice machine, or provide glasses in the room you have to ask for them, the beds werent made and their was a dirty bandaid left in the bathroom
