The staff were nice and friendly, but when we asked for 2 extra blankets we were handed 1 blanket and 1 fitted comforter cover in a big ball (they said they hadn't had time to fold them, although they weren't hot from the dryer or anything). In the room, the chair had a big tear in the upholstery, the towels in the bathroom were torn and strips hung off them, and the furniture was all nicked and scratched up. The carpet was dirty enough that our socks turned brown and gunky from them.

I request non smoke room even though my neighbors were smoking in the front of the door, not cleaning room everyday but there was nice customer service.

POS Not good. One eye on stove didnt work. All the can openers are rusty. Went to front desk to complain. Nothing they can do

Staff was rude room was not clean and after calling front desk about another guest being loud they didnt do anything. Was tild rhere was some things going on and the cips were on there way. Needless to say no sleep and onve day light hit i got out of there.

I won’t be back . Smh , i asked for a shower curtain and the front desk clerk destinie handed it to me to put it on myself smh.

The desk staff was very rude and the cleaning lady stole over $1000 from me
Dissatisfied Hardly slept because the interstate was right outside our room. They had a notice posted stating Quiet Time from 9pm till 9 am however, I do not think talking or even music would have been louder then the interstate. Also, the breakfast they listed showed was not accurate. I believe it was only coffee and packets of oatmeal. In the kitchen sink in our hotel room it had either something growing from it or food that had not been cleaned out of it.
