Sucky Service equals no more business My family and I didn't even get a chance to stay here due to the terribly rude overnight employee. We arrived at about 1:00am and had been driving all day. Motel is very close to the road so very noisy at night which we could have overlooked if we had hot water. Dont enjoy cold showers. Dont expect a hot breakfast.

The hotel room was very dirty the kitchen area had crumbs and crust all over the cabinets.

Don't Stay Here! We stayed here when we had to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Michael. This place calls itself extended stay but there are no dishes, bowls, glasses, cups, or utensils in the room. You have to call the front desk & tell them what you need & then YOU have to go to them to get it. And there is nothing in the room to clean the dishes with, so you have to wait until room service comes in order to get the dishes removed. What a joke. Found a bed bug in the brown sheet. My daughter hopped out of the bed as soon as she saw it. Hotel were not at all concerned. I requested to switch rooms because I was exhausted with three kids by myself. I collected the bug but night lady threw it out. I took pics too. The morning shift lady was rude and not helpful or apologetic. I am still waiting for a report from them and will be extremely vocal if I do not here from them soon.

Not a very clean place If you aren’t worried about cleanliness, then you can deal with the rooms here. I found hair the bathroom to be dirty and clean towels on a dirty counter top. After telling the front desk, he came up to clean it for me, but still didn’t move the clean linens from the counter to thoroughly clean it. I have pictures to show the before and after he cleaned. Just was hard to be comfortable after my initial experience with the bathroom.

STAY AWAY !! Book elsewhere. A flea bag roach motel would be better They charge for every little thing $25 for checking in before 3pm to changing rooms. The location is in awful area with little within walking distance. Come with kitchenette with no silverware, plates or any necessities. Must obtain from front desk with possible charge. Showers are made for people under 5 foot 5. With shower head half way down back of six foot person. Fewest channels available on tv than I ever seen anywhere. Checked out early. Lots of banging doors and car traffic. Felt unsafe
