Lost power for several.minites and when it came back on the TV didn't work and when it did we had a handful of the channels as we did before the power surge. I was also told when I called to confirm my reservation I wouldn't be charged 27 Dollars to check in before 3 and then I was when I showed up I will not be staying here again

First, we tried to check in around 9pm and they said they couldn’t find our reservation. Called Expedia, they contacted the hotel and the relocation team did help us rebook the room. After an hour, we finally got into our room. The smell was bad, and since it’s close to the interstate/railway, the noise was terrible. There was 5 mins of hot water for a shower. Only a sheet on the bed and the heat barely worked. The beds were so hard, I ended up sleeping on the floor.

Sucky Service equals no more business My family and I didn't even get a chance to stay here due to the terribly rude overnight employee. We arrived at about 1:00am and had been driving all day. Motel is very close to the road so very noisy at night which we could have overlooked if we had hot water. Dont enjoy cold showers. Dont expect a hot breakfast.

The hotel room was very dirty the kitchen area had crumbs and crust all over the cabinets.

Don't Stay Here! We stayed here when we had to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Michael. This place calls itself extended stay but there are no dishes, bowls, glasses, cups, or utensils in the room. You have to call the front desk & tell them what you need & then YOU have to go to them to get it. And there is nothing in the room to clean the dishes with, so you have to wait until room service comes in order to get the dishes removed. What a joke. Found a bed bug in the brown sheet. My daughter hopped out of the bed as soon as she saw it. Hotel were not at all concerned. I requested to switch rooms because I was exhausted with three kids by myself. I collected the bug but night lady threw it out. I took pics too. The morning shift lady was rude and not helpful or apologetic. I am still waiting for a report from them and will be extremely vocal if I do not here from them soon.

Not a very clean place If you aren’t worried about cleanliness, then you can deal with the rooms here. I found hair the bathroom to be dirty and clean towels on a dirty counter top. After telling the front desk, he came up to clean it for me, but still didn’t move the clean linens from the counter to thoroughly clean it. I have pictures to show the before and after he cleaned. Just was hard to be comfortable after my initial experience with the bathroom.
