Double not a king Called motel to make sure had a pet friendly room lady said yes got to motel and lady at front said no the room you have is not will have to move to a double bed room that is pet friendly they shouldnt say they had something if they didnt lady was very rude at the desk said she had been off for few days prior

Check in at Front Desk was extremely unpleasant . Receptionist couldn't explain were is our room located

Disappointed The staff was friendly for the most part. Unfortunately my stay was rather disappointing. I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday. I requested for my room to be cleaned after my second; staff said they only cleans for week or long stays. I was shocked and brought some products to clean my room. Also my family and I had to take our dirty towels to the front desk exchange everyday we wanted clean ones. Yikes

Room had a weird smell, there was hair on the towels and a huge roach was crawling on the counter when I went into the kitchen. Not somewhere I would ever stay again and very disappointing for a one night stay with my family.

I didnt get the room I reserved. They said it was an upgrade bc i got 2 beds but the beds were smaller (full size not queen size).

Only a few thin blankets. Nothing in the kitchen. Car alarms going off in the early am. Then the front desk calling our room after I get the kids down to ask if I'm going to extend our stay.... very disappointed

I have probably never given a bad review because I deal with what I am given, but I was very surprised by this hotel. I’ve stayed in these before and never felt the way I did with this one. It was clean, but no staff after 10. The office closed. No hair driers in room. Went to see if they had one to borrow and they were out. The place was no where near booked.
