The room was not bad, even when there wasn't any cookware. But of the day of checking out. I called the front desk over 35 minutes to request a late service. No one answer the phone. I had to get dress and go to the office, no one was there. I saw a guy and he told me that the manager was by herself and that she went to check on rooms ,so he went looking for her. Won't Stay Again - Bitten While Sleep I will not stay at this hotel again. The staff was very nice and courteous. The location was great. The room appeared to be clean. However, I was awaken at night by an itchy red raised sore on my arm and hand. In the morning I had 5 red itchy sores / bumps on my thigh. Something bit me while I was sleeping. Found a bed bug in my room. Staff doesn’t care about their guests. There was a power outage and after power was restored some of the channels on my tv weren’t working. I called the front desk multiple times and nothing was done. Horrible customer service and dirty place. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER EXTENDED STAY AGAIN

There was a roach in my room. When I saw it, I asked the front desk clerk what my options were. I was told I could get a different room or a refund. I opted for a refund and left.

Lost power for several.minites and when it came back on the TV didn't work and when it did we had a handful of the channels as we did before the power surge. I was also told when I called to confirm my reservation I wouldn't be charged 27 Dollars to check in before 3 and then I was when I showed up I will not be staying here again

First, we tried to check in around 9pm and they said they couldn’t find our reservation. Called Expedia, they contacted the hotel and the relocation team did help us rebook the room. After an hour, we finally got into our room. The smell was bad, and since it’s close to the interstate/railway, the noise was terrible. During the middle of night, we woke up multiple times by sirens. These are all became acceptable compared to what’s the worst. There was 5 mins of hot water for a shower. Only a sheet on the bed and the heat barely worked. The beds were so hard, I ended up sleeping on the floor.
