Need a lot of improvement !!! Outside of facilities need much improvement. The bathroom tub water took forever to go down until I found out the problem tons of hair stuck in the drain. Two of the bath towels had hair stuck onto the towels itself and last but not least the awsome continental breakfast was awsome just kidding I had to through that in coffee, apples, oranges, and oatmeal with no bowls and a few muffins. The bed was very small and not a normal Queen size.

rooms only clean once per week, this is not enough. elevator did not work some days

Tub had mold, cabinets coming apart, hear unit very loud, breeze way and stair way filthy, trash cans on stairway over flowing. I do understand that construction was going on, the aforementioned did not address any of noise or appearance on the rear of the building. ( That where my room was located) There was a cat walked and meowed all night. on the second floor.. Not a good experience...

alabama trip the room was smoking and there were no other options, this was disappointing. reservations were fast and helpful

Disappointed and cheated The font desk staff was very friendly, but when you her you get what you pay for at 70 bucks a night you might ctrl cheated on this one. The tub would not drain, everything that you needed (that was shipped to be provided) had to be brought to you. The room had an oder, outlet covers were fallen off, wires were exposed. Also you can't check in until 3p.m. but have to be our by 11 a.m. I think they are rolling you off. They "say" they are doing repairs but all I saw them doing was touching up paint he... read more

BED BUGS!!! This hotel is more like a motel. The pictures fool you. After stay, my boyfriend had to go to urgent care for bed bug bites!!!

Worst experience with Extended Stay America hotels Room was smelling bad. You need to run out of toilet tissues to get another one, they wont place an extra roll, you wont get it even if you ask for it. While checking out, I had to wait for 40 minutes since no one was there in the reception and no one answered the phone call as well.

Extended Stay America This was one of the horrible experience. First the room was stinking. Second the Air Condition (AC) was not working. Front office was kind enough to get a mechanic. After couple of trials AC worked. Breakfast service is grab and go. Baskets are mostly empty.
