It needs a lot of maintenance work. People hanging outside front entrance. The place was dirty.

At first sight looked like a nice place. Check in was easy staff was nice. But why do we get a hotel room? To have a comfortable bed to sleep in and a nice shower in the morning. Well the bed was extremely uncomfortable and there is very bad water pressure so the shower was terrible. Hardly got wet to be able to soap up. Shower head was terrible also. Don't be fooled by appearance!

We needed the room to sleep during a long drive home. The room was questionably clean, but it was the shower that was most frightening. There was so much hair in the shower, not ours. It was disgusting. The linens and towels all had marks on them which made I sure if they were actually cleaned between guests.

This was one of - if not the worse hotel I have ever stayed in and it was embarrassing. I had a family member visiting and thought this was marketed as a great property as it is in the Trade Zone. Unfortunately, when I arrived the Front Desk Receptionist was extremely stressed ad indicated he was "about to lose it."

Fire alarm beeping when we got to our room. Called the front desk and we were told to take the alarm off the wall and remove the battery. The thermostat didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told she was ll alone.
