Worst stay ever. We checked in very late and and it started with the elevator being out of service. Had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. Room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Hair dryer was missing in the room. Everything was dingy and rooms need to be renovated. Checkout is at 11 and at 11:15 someone came to the door. I advised we were leaving in 10-15 minutes. Bathroom had mold and the whole room smelled bad. Was gross so cut my trip short to go somewhere else.

terrible experience Elevator was broken and they put us on third floor. hotel key stopped working so could not get in side door or room.and had to climb up and down stairs to get new key. Fire alarm went off early morning to evacuate but noone at desk told us whhen we could reenter. No breakfast or coffee in morning as promised Nd noone at front desk to ask. Smoker in room next to us and allergic to smoke. Ac did not work properly so room very hot on 3rd floor. We are silver member and treated horribly.

Poor customer service The woman from the previous shift was just leaving as I walked in. "He will take care of you." "He" could barely speak English and didn't seem to know what to do. She had left him all the paperwork on the desk, showing my name and the room assignment - all clearly visible. He stared at the papers and the computer screen, for several minutes. (?) Fighting couple—-no sleep Loud couple fighting hours in the hall way and next door made by last day sleepless… which was not good with a 12 hour drive ahead of me
