I got a smoking room. But by the looks of the facility they probably all smell like smoke

My room was given to someone else because of overb I was told the Hotel was over booked and they did not have a room for me. After a long day of travel it sucks to have not been told in advance, and to start looking for a room near by. I guess who pays more gets the room

For the price with pet fee it’s just not worth it. Cheaper options exist.

Elevator broken upon check in — room was not cleaned as there was a children’s toys still in room. Leaking shower head.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and the room was not in any way clean. Did not spend a single night there.

Elevators not working I like Extended Stay, but the elevators weren't working.

Pros: Nice location, around a lot of shops and restaurants. Bed was big and comfortable. Easy place to get to. Staff is nice and accommodating, I feel bad that they have a lot to deal with. Cons: Refrigerator was broken in our room for a week, didn't get fixed until we were about to leave so we couldn't store any drinks/food. WiFi was really bad and slow even paying for the premium options.

We stayed here hoping to get a good night’s rest after we got married but had trouble sleeping with all the noisy neighbors. We had our dog as well and she couldn’t settle down at all because of all the noises.
