Horrible. There was a “resident” in room 216 that was screaming vulgar, things for over an hour and 20 minutes. The clerk canceled my room and I got a room a half mike away for more money. Nice hotel and I’d stay there again but not on the 2nd floor at sll

Good location. Lobby smelled of cigarettes or something. Took about 30 minutes to get checked in and there was no one in line. We had arrived at about 1230 am and didn’t get in the room until after 1 am. Slept well.

convenient location smoke smell in stairwells and hallways noisy, mutipule stains on carpet, dogs barking, people running around at all hours, shady characters hanging around etc.

It smelled like cigarettes in the lobby but was hoping that was from someone outside. Nope, smelled that way in the 3rd floor hallway and smelled weird in our room. The room was not clean on surfaces. The room was definitely not worth the price we paid.

Disgusting. Carpeting filthy, room and all fabric items wreaked of cigarette smoke in spite of claim of “smoke free” property. Management was NEVER at the front desk and phone calls to their on site room resulted in no response. We lay awake all night, became quite sick and left a day early to seek other more suitable accommodations. No ice machine, hair in bathtub, smelled bad, trash kept inside building, dirty towels and laundry in lobby. Will never stay at extended stay again.

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! I booked this hotel a month before our stay. We were attending a wedding close to the area. But when we got there, we were told that there were no room available for us. We’re from Los Angeles so we traveled 6hrs by plane to get there and it was very late at night.
