Straight NASTY It was the most nasty dirty hotel i've ever stayed in, The room had not been vacumed in long time had an wet dog oder, carpets fikthy, bathroom was so dirty I had to clean it to use it, the kitchenette was sub-standard i cant express enough how badly this hotel is kept, and I will never use hotel .com again they are reprisenting this hotel and actually i use hotel.com often, am totally shoked .

Steer clear I was accosted by a drunk guest as the front desk clerk that was standing right next to him talking with him just stood there. When asked later if that was a proper way for a guest to be treated she just gave a blank stared then when i checked in they double charged me i would not recommend this place.

Don't do it! Room smelled like it had been cleaned with a rancid rag, only it wasn't clean. Stains in bathroom. Dropped a hearing aid had to look under the bed to find it. I can assure you no one from housekeeping has looked under there in months. Towels undersized and threadbare and smelled of smoke in a non-smoking room. No hot water at any hour for all three days. There are many other options in this area, strongly suggest you consider them instead.

The bathroom was filthy! I have pictures of the mold and feces!!!!! I told Michaela at the desk. NO ACTION TAKEN! This is unacceptable and I want a refund. I talked to her three times...one each day, and she resolved NOTHING!! I was quoted one price per stay for my dog, then charged double. There was nothibg in the room. This is a pandemic and they aren't cleaning bathrooms...what else is left not disinfected??? If i do not get a call from you, I am calling the board of health. I want a full refund!

Staff is angry and unhelpful Had and issue where the hotel double charged me. The staff seemed angry and annoyed when I ask to resolve the issue.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms smelled like smoke even though we had a non-smoking f\room and I requested a King bed and got a room with a queen. Room had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival

No people internet didnt work. No amenities, customer service is terrible.
