When i went to check in i couldn't fond an employee for 20 minutes, when i booked a smoking room on the app i got there and they had no smoking rooms like the one i purchased, i had to pay an extra 20 dollars to get a dou le bed smoking room that was semi clean, the tv didnt work and when i asked for help they told me to call the tv company myself and offered no help. Horrible and disgusting

Dirty, smelly room. Fire alarm went off and had to leave. Hole in the lobby ceiling.

Location was ideal, however not worth it due to the smell of the room.

Not so good all it smelled cigarettes all night at a none smoking section.

Would not recommend Hotel was awful. First off we asked for a non-smoking room, they put us in a smoking room on the 3rd floor... the whole hallway smelled awful like a mix of garbage and marijuana/cigarettes. After moving us to the first floor we had our key card not work 3 separate times and had to have them fixed at the front desk. Our room had a weird odor that was pungent if you didn't keep the air on at full blast the entire time. We booked a non smoking room with 2 double beds. Before arriving we received a call stating they they no longer had a non smoking room and could offer us a smoking room. I told them that wouldn’t work because I was traveling with 2 small children, one of which is ahsma. I asked if we could get a non smoking room with a queen sized bed instead and they said that was fine. Upon check in they told us that was now sold out! Horrible customer service and a gross hotel! Stay away!
