The place was filthy. The floors were sticky. There was a smell that was in the whole building. I did not enjoy my stay.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Nobody at lobby when we arrived. We get to our room and it smells HORRIBLE. Room itself in poor condition, countertop coming off, etc, etc. Just horrible! If I hadn't prepaid I would have left.

Extended Stay hotels has always thought that ice trays in the freezers was adequate but as we are forced to use temporary housekeepers more and more, they often forget to fill the trays. We are addressing this by adding the filling of ice trays to he temporary housekeepers checklist. Thanks for your understanding as we work through the Covid epidemic.

Not worth the money Front desk night girl in her 20's believes she has way more authority than is ever needed. She is rude and demanding. There is a way to ask for people to do things you want without being rude, screaming, cussing, and no one as a hotel CLERK should every flip the finger at a guest. Aside from that the hotel is dirty, smells like cigarettes, and very loud.
