The place was covered with sand fleas and or bed bugs like that bit all over horrible experience

It was very clean... bed was very comfortable, but , no coffee maker, no ice buckets, kitchenette without amenities.? breakfast consisted of granola bars? ? Ooh internet SUCKED and, the shower never got hot.. and it was no cheaper than Hampton inns which are awesome..

Don’t ever stay here!!!!! The customer service was terrible. The room we were given still had a used wash cloth hanging from the shower rod, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The bed sheets were clearly not changed from the last customer that stayed there, as the was dirt, hair and stains all of the bed. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed. Overall the room was gross. The room they gave us next, the front desk claimed “well I’m sure this one was cleaned today”? That’s just poor management!!

When we arrived in our non-smoking room, there was an empty pack of cigarettes on the counter and an empty tea bottle under the bed. YUCK! Also, the only thing that was offered for breakfast was coffee, no tea, and granola bars. I was very disappointed in my stay.

Customer service was fine but the room was somewhat clean! I barely slept because I could hear footsteps all night long from people upstairs! And for some reason, there is a hole on the wall as you exiting from the elevator on the second floor! It looks like a bullet hole. Made me uncomfortable!
