Don’t ever stay here!!!!! The customer service was terrible. The room we were given still had a used wash cloth hanging from the shower rod, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The bed sheets were clearly not changed from the last customer that stayed there, as the was dirt, hair and stains all of the bed. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed. Overall the room was gross. The room they gave us next, the front desk claimed “well I’m sure this one was cleaned today”? That’s just poor management!!

When we arrived in our non-smoking room, there was an empty pack of cigarettes on the counter and an empty tea bottle under the bed. YUCK! Also, the only thing that was offered for breakfast was coffee, no tea, and granola bars. I was very disappointed in my stay.

Customer service was fine but the room was somewhat clean! I barely slept because I could hear footsteps all night long from people upstairs! And for some reason, there is a hole on the wall as you exiting from the elevator on the second floor! It looks like a bullet hole. Made me uncomfortable!

Property smelled , lobby smells when you enter it , Rooms smells when you entered it . Dated needs a lift. Staff was nice .

I had reserved in advance a double bed room for an overnight stay for my family of 4. When i got to the reception i was told there is only one bed room available. How can they mess up when a reservation was made so much in advance. The reception guy was friendly and offered us a lot of blankets and pillows so that half of us could sleep on the carpet. When we entered the room, it smelled like dead rat. This was during one of the peak weekends, and there were no vacancies in hotels in 50 mile radius. Had no option, but stay. ... read more

Horrible experience I had a really bad experience staying in this hotel. A young guy which seems to be the assistant of the manager (Zahak??) is rude and unrespectful. He didn’t have the room on time and he never even apologized. After he made me wait for almost an hour, He gave me a filthy room with balls of hair on the carpet, there were multiple stains on the bathroom door that looked like poop stains all over the door , the air extractor in the bathroom didn’t work so I had a brutal smell of smoke from another room that ... read more
