Under staffed... Had to wait 15 mins for staff to return in order to check in... Lots of suspect individuals roaming parking lot.

Never stayed here! They made the reservation then said there was no room for us after we asked to see a room.
Bug Filled and a Broken Bathroom Door Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon check in the pillows had no pillowcases on them and that set the tone for the whole stay. Was capturing stink bugs in the room the whole stay. When I took a shower the first morning, I got out to find the handle on the bathroom door didn't work from the inside. Bring your dishes! The first hotel I've ever seen with no coffee maker, not even ONE plastic cup but a full kitchen. We chose this hotel because of the full kitchen. Could not get dishes, office was closed. Once it opened we couldn't find an employee. Will never go back.

Unfriendly Service With the exception of a staff person named Cloe the staff were unfriendly and would accommodate. I arrived at 2:40 and they did want to give me a room. The parking lot was empty and it was obvious there were plenty of vacancies at the time. Plenty more to stay but I'm tired from the trip.
Standard Not what I Expected. The lobby was a hole in the wall and had to use a phone in a weather proof box to call an attendant, because it was late. Other wise not bad, close to airport and felt like a safe area. We stayed one night and moved on to our next city. Standard room, standard cleanliness.
dumpy and run down hotel dumpy and run down. mold in bathrooms. no staff to help. breakfast is joke. do not stay here if you want nice.
