Horrible. NEVER AGAIN I booked this room online, specifically for the 3 people traveling in order to have 2 beds. I arrived around 1:30 and was instructed that I could not check-in until 3:00 PM. Ok, not a problem. Returned around 4:30 and was instructed to wait another 30 minutes since our room was not cleaned yet. We waited in the car for this time and then received our keys. Services was horrible had leak on the shower head ,tv was messed up,ask for towels got towels but the services desk never gave me face towels like she stated and the maintenance men came the next day too fix the shower and the tv and never knock just walked in will not be staying there again

Did not enjoy my stay The room we had was old settings and the microwave was broken because it beeped all night and no one was touching it. We were on the bottom floor and the guess above had kids like they were part of the circus team and we contacted the front desk and nothing was done about it. The front desk morning staff was not friendly at all especially when I went to complain that the kids upstairs was waking my infant up. There were guys hanging around my room door. Would have rather slept in my car This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We picked this hotel because it was one of the last with availabilities around Nashville and we had been driving for 16 hours with a baby. I had stayed another Extended Stays and they were good but this one was just awful. when we got into the room there were stains all over the floor and the bathtub didn't look like the room had been cleaned at all. there was some sort of red substance on the side of the bathtub. and the sheets were completely d... read more

So tired we did sleep in spite of it all... Well, our check in associate, India, was super friendly and inviting. However, the room around back and up the stairs was not. The lighting to the parking lot gave a "sketch" feel. I could not read the numbers by the doors having to get out of my car in wet conditions. We were told "although your room in on the 2nd floor, it is at the top of stairs", I wadded through water to get from the parking lot to the stairs. Very average. There was a cockroach in the room. The check in guy was great. The checkout lady was not helpful and just rude.

dont stay for breakfast breakfast was a sick joke dont even bother

Not the cleanest We picked this hotel for the option of having the kitchen to cook and not eat out as much. It was relatively close to Nashville and seemed like a reasonable price for what you got compared to other hotels. After arriving we were apprehensive of the area it was in due to many signs in the parking lot of locking vehicles and taking all valuables out of them. The hotel room overall was updated with modern furniture and there was a flat screen tv with limited channels. The free internet offered was awful. There ... read more

DO NOT STAY HERE Loud, breakfast they advertise is just coffee and an apple. Room had someone's dirty socks still in there, bed was not made. GROSS! Stay away and spend $5 more and get a decent room down the street.
