NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!! The room was not ready when we got there at 3:30 pm, even though the check in time was 3:00 pm. When we got back to check in at 4:00 the room smelled of smoke so bad that we contacted the front desk to come "fumigate" the room just so we could stay in it. It still smelled of smoke so we went out and purchased air freshener ourselves to "help it out". The comforter on the beds had numerous cigarette holes in them. Worst Hotel service and room ever very dirty bathtub, spider webs in the closet and on the lamp next to the headboard. Customer service was horrible and front desk clerk was very rude. The health dept really needs to take a look at this place. I've never been to a hotel where they tell you in order to get new clean towels you have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk. You get what you pay for Room was not ready for us when we arrived (after the 3pm check in) so we were given a different room. The shower leaked all over the floor and the AC unit was extremely loud which caused lots of lost sleep for all three of us. Room temp could not be kept consistent. Other than that, location, service desk lady, room size and cleanliness were fine. Next time I would pay more to stay elsewhere for a more comfortable stay.

Extended Stay -- close to airport in Nashville TN It definitely wasn't the best experience we have had. Our air condition wasn't working at its best potential, we had a non - smoking room, and our room reeked of smoke. The beds aren't that comfortable, very spacious though, it was a place to stay last minute, wasn't too impressed.

The place was a filthy mess The counters were dirty, the whole place outdated. The only ones comfortable were the cockroaches.

Conveniently located The switch inside the door does not turn anything off or on. The lamp on the dresser does not have a switch; it is turned on and off by twisting the light bulb. The light on the left side of the bed didn't work. The phone was dead. I found a cricket in a spider's web in the frame of the bathroom door. When I got back to the room after my first day, neither of my door keys worked. When I arrived to check in there was no one in the office, no one answered the phone.

The worst hotel experience of my life. Roaches, inadequate parking, drug use, no wash rags, broken dishes, smelly rooms. I'll never stay here again.
