Too mush to list, the place was filthy - I’ll send pictures, the smoke alarm was chirping, called from desk from my cell because the phone wasn’t working and they told me they could send maintenance in the morning - it was chirping every 30 seconds, literally. I took a shower in a dirty tub and was amazed by how much dirt came off my feet, it all made sense when I picked up my bath mat, it was black underneath, the floors were caked with dirt and I was walking on it

Poor Reflection of Nashville I am very unsatisfied with my recent stay at this hell-hole..Poor customer service, staff barely present at desk, room keys didn't work, staff reasoning was old property conditions. I came from out of town, but Tennessee residents have to pay an additional $200 fee, that they were unaware of. The refrigerator made strange noises throughout the night. And the tub looked as if it hasn't been washed at all this year.

Don’t stay here This place was a total dump! If it was not late at night and I didn’t have my 75 year old mother with me I would’ve looked for other accommodations. There was blood on the mattress pad, bugs on the ceiling, a non smoking room that was definitely a smoker room, the carpet was disgusting. There was nothing to like. Without warning and about 2 hours before we were supposed to check in I got an email - not a phone call but an email - stating we’d been relocated. The hotel we were switched to was very run down that we didn’t even check in. Horrible experience.

Gross do NOT stay here, the room was not clean, towels were dirty , it gave more a motel 6 vibe than an extended stay. Bugs all through the room , and it claims to be a non smoking room but it reads if smoke and filth . It would be worth it to pay a little more money for a better more well known place!
