I booked two rooms for a 4:00 p.m. arrival. Arrived at property and was told that only one room would be available because the hotel had overbooked. Was also informed that it would be after 6:00 p.m. before the one room was available. Asked the clerk to cancel my reservation and he said I would have to deal with Expedia. After all this, the hotel still billed my credit card.

Got there right at 3pm for check in and had to wait an hour because they only had 1 housekeeper. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room. One of the showers didnt work properly, the other bathroom was stuck on shower only. Cabinets were broken, cigarette burns on the carpet.

We arrived from an 8.5 hour trip and were exhausted. Check in was at 3 but we arrived at 2:15. We tried to get our room but the front desk said we had to wait until 3. There was no one cleaning at that time. We were told we would have to wait. So, we waited in the truck n the heat until 3. The shower had NO hot water. The room smelt of stale Cheetos and it was loud most of the evening around us. Breakfast was just packaged muffins or granola bars. I’ve never experienced a bad stay at this chain before.
