No elevator for upper floors. Very bad neighborhood. Lots of people just hanging out watching everyone. No security

Not worth the price Room was disgusting. 1/2 inch gap under front door. Dead bugs in the kitchen light. Gross carpet. Kitchen and bathroom surfaces were not clean.

Messed up my room, took another hour, horrible experience

Bed bugs. Rude manager who didn’t help or wanted to even help. Half of the appliances and electronics did not work. Stayed for whole week cause couldn’t get out of it and couldn’t afford another one. Stay away from this location (727 McGavock pike) worst experience not worth the headache or pain from all the bed bug bites.
The only thing that was great was the night check in lady’s very helpful Laurie was great. That being said I need to say that this was the worst stay at a hotel in my life This was a five night stay and was paid for by my father third party and where stuck here tell Friday anyway day two at 4:45 am we were woken to my girlfriend bitten by bed bugs we even had them in a bag to show office had to go physically down there phone didn’t work so we pick up the after hour phone to the guy saying nothing he can do tell the am someth... read more
I wrote a list and gave to mgr what was wrong with our room.. Smelled like weed, sticky floor, dirty sheets, hair in shower, hair on counter, toilet seat broke, vent in bathroom broke, burnt carpet And returning home daughter said her hair was itching and went to salon and has contracted lice!! Nice staff but Dirty and Smelly rooms The front desk staff did their best to accommodate me but after checking into my room, I was sickened to my stomach by a strong unbearable odor. The sofa bed was missing bedding and the mattress pad on the sofa bed was covered in stains and hair. Front desk immediately moved me and my family to another room that was much better but the refrigerator had a leak which left a huge puddle of water on the floor by morning and the bathroom was nasty...my daughters were so uncomfortable they did... read more
