Great area, not as expected stay I had stayed at an extended stay before but this one was the worst I have ever stayed at! The handles were gone on the fridge, thr hard wood floors were so dirty it turned my friends socks black the first night. There was someone else's hair in the tub which makes me wonder if they even cleaned the room or even changed the sheets. The cupboards were bare and when we went to get silverware they gave us a box of cheap plastic spoons. The maid never came to replenish our towels the next day. Wis... read more

Our company booked this hotel for one of our new employees for training, and she could not stay there even one night as the 2 different rooms the hotel tried giving her were not acceptable. Thankfully, the hotel / hotels.com worked with us to give a refund.

Screwed I am disabled and asked for a room on the first floor. I booked 45 days ahead of my trip and called and had you call so that I could stay on the first floor but they put me on the second floor with no elevators. Again I am disabled and cannot do stairs well. I stayed only one night because of that. I would like a refund. How can you put a disabled person on the second floor and tell them sorry to bad.

Know what ure getting into...... I've never stayed @ an Extended Stay & wont again. After cleaning the sink myself after just checking in, I asked for replacement towels via Expedia txt, to the front desk. No response. Refrigerator leaked. Garbage piled up day after day by the outdoor staircase I used. The hotel was relatively quiet & is in a lovely locale in Brentwood. Those r 2 positives but not enough to get me back.

Unprofessional Establishment This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!! I would like a full refund immediately. We arrived at 3p to check in. My 4 rooms were not ready. Around 4:15pm, I was given 1 room. The remaining 3 rooms were not ready till 5:30pm.We were late to my daughter graduation ceremony because of this. Chuck the front desk clerk had no idea where any of the rooms were located so we drove around the property for 10 mins looking for the rooms. I would never stay here again!!! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED

Rude staff and bug infested! I reserved a room here for my family while they were in town visiting my wife and I. When they arrived, they were told that several guests extended their stays and the room reserved for mat parents is no longer available. The guy at the reception desk was quite rude in handling this information to them and very obviously did not care to do anything to help. Top 5 worst hotels ever Gross... stained sheets. Exposed outlets. Crud everywhere. Two different locations directly across the street from each other. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. ....of grossness.

Nice facility, but lots of issues. Convenient location to downtown amenities, but had several issues during a 2 night stay. There was no shower curtain so I had to go ask for one. I also found it odd that even though the room had a stove and fridge, there was no silverware, plates or even a coffeemaker in the room. When my shower curtain was brought to me, I asked about a coffeemaker and was told that the associate would be back in 10 minutes with one, but after waiting an hour and a half, I went and bought one.
