Nightmare The hotel was dirty. Appliances looked like they were from the 1970’s, everything was very torn down. It was disgusting. Shame for that disgusting hotel to be in such a nice area. Doesn’t fit in.

Understaffed. No one at front desk. Room not ready on time.

Not recommended Hotel location is good, easy highway access and plenty of shopping. But our room was in terrible condition - the air conditioner leaked, and the carpet under it was soaked and moldy. Wall outlet near the kitchen table didn't work, so no light over the eating area. Dresser drawer was busted and would not pull out, and the bathroom door had several large holes kicked in it. Will not stay here again, too many better options in the area.

Noisy smelly place ! People talking in front of your room in the middle of the night. Disgusting smell from overflowing trash barrels when you go downstairs. Room was never taken care of !

WOW how bad can things get !! Dirty, smelly ,moldy, bad attitude by most staff except Olu night clerk. Could not and would not recommend this place.

Disappointing! Was given a room and turned on heater and the heater smoked and turned on smoke alarm and it kept beeping. There were ants and ask for service and it was incomplete! Finally ask for another room and that room the kitchen sink drain was not working water took all night to drain! Two weeks before we stayed at the one across the street. When I went down to get Breakfast stuff at 8 am----- No food -- No one on desk. As I was about to leave lobby someone came on duty and quickly put out muffins but no coffee or any... read more

Night Mare It was horrible; mold was on refrigerator causing my asthma to give me problems. Linen was not clean.

needs to be updated. The area was great but our room was awful ! The sink was stopped up with mold and smelled awful. We originally booked for a queen room ended up in the wrong room ! I had called the front desk to see if we could change rooms and they basically acted like I wasn't supposed to be in my room. My name was no where to be found on the booking for the room I was in. So she asked me to walk all the way to the main building to bring up my verification. Horrible experience overall

The fridge had leftover trash from previous guests, the toilet would not flush and ran the entire night (loudly) and the shower did not train. The continental breakfast was granola bars and muffins.
