I would avoid - spend more money elsewhere. I have really never been one to complain. This was a very last minute booking for a business trip (was coming in a day earlier than expected). Was getting in relatively later in the evening, so didn't want to spend a lot. I should have. Even at $160 or so per night, this was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever been in. It was pretty bad. It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it was pretty bad. So much of it is just old. This is an "Extended Stay". So people stay in these rooms longer than just passing through. And I think that plays a part in this place not being taken care of. The rooms are not cleaned and stocked everyday. I had to take my old towels down to the lobby, in order to get new ones. The paint is bubbling in the bathroom. The fan was not working in the bathroom. Way overpriced and not a great experienc. This place was way too expensive and the comforts of home were not here in the room. The bed was horrible, the chair even more so. The ac would only work intermittently and I accidentally left my pillow in the room,( which was a very expensive one) and the management could care less. Oh the reason I left it in the room was because we got woke up by fire alarms blaring and 4:30am.

it wants to be a nice place but isn't we were on the 3rd floor, no elevator. moved our belongings and groceries in, realize no microwave. go to office to get dishes and ask for microwave. staff put a lot of effort into getting us a microwave. I commend them for that. dish package was lacking a lot as they were out. requested hairdryer, they were out. go back to room, realize the smoke detector is ripped out of ceiling and toilet paper filling hole. try calling office, phone doesn't work. room smells like old smoke. food spat... read more

Dissapointing I was unaware that cleaning service would not be included with the room. It cost extra! My aunt had a room that smelled like fish and nothing made it better. Our room had no telephone or clothes hangers. The staff was very nice and tried to help, but I felt like they didn't have the resources needed to do their job. I would not stay again. Overall it was disappointing. Pillows were terrible. Parking lot was creepy. I booked two rooms because of my family traveling with us and they put us in different building on oppositw ends of the hotel.

Bring your own towels This hotel only offers housekeeping if you stay 7 nights. If you stay less, you have to pay for housekeeping. We just wanted clean towels and were told they were out!
