We didn't get the room we expected, We expected a suite to sleep 3, but didn't get it. I don't know if it was Expedia's booking or if it was the fault of the hotel. The floor was dirty, but you couldn't tell because of the color of the flooring. When I took my shower the bottom of my feet were black. For the most part the staff was friendly, but most didn't speak fluent English so it was hard to communicate with them.

This hotel is in bad shape and in a rough part of town

The room smelled like someone had cooked fish in it previously. Front desk didn't give any indication where the room was (there were 2 buildings). Cable had about 12 channels total. Wouldn't ever consider staying in one of these hotels again.

Uncomfortable I stayed at the Extended Stay in Brentwood, TN. This was by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at, and I've stayed at places for under $50. Not only did I try to call the front office four different times to ask for the wifi, but they never answered and I had to use my own personal hotspot. The bed was so uncomfortable that my back is still killing me, the sheet were paper thin and rough, the soap was dry and harsh and when we turned on the stove it emitted a very strong smell that made me light-headed and ... read more

I booked a room got there the staff said they were sold out & said they tried to reach me on top of this took my money said I was a no show

Onverzorgd en geluidsoverlast. Hotel is moeilijk te vinden. Ligt vlakbij een wegennetwerk. Omgeving van hotel is vies en onverzorgd. Veel geluidsoverlast van pratende rokende mensen en ronkende auto,s. Kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt.

Housekeeping sucks First room had sheets with dried snot/boogers plus four areas of actual dirt, table had filthy chairs...2nd room, sheets appeared clean, but trash was in both cans and used soap and shampoo was in bath tub/shower.

Welcome to the Bates Motel Dirty, old, no elevator and 3 floors. Breakfast is a joke, one pillow for 2 of us. Front desk clerk said there were no more pillows available. Very trashy place. We booked 4 nights and checked out after the first night!
