Don't expect too much! I checked in and the guy hardly greeted me. When I got to the room I actually needed to make a call from a land line, but the phone was broken. I also discovered there were no large bath towels in the room. I walked back to the office and got a new phone and towels. In the morning the breakfast was disappointing. Muffins, oatmeal and coffee. Guy at the front counter came across as "this is my first day"

Terrified and Shaken OK until the desk clerk - Chuck - unlocked and came into my room around 9:00 p.m. with a story that we had complained of a smoky smell. My room was dark because my granddaughter was asleep so I'm thinking he had other intentions . . . . robbery, perhaps? IF there was a problem, he should have called my room or knocked on my door. I am filing a complaint with Extended Stay and with Brentwood police. I am still very shaken by a man bursting into my room.

Do not stay!!!!! Upon checking in was told they didn't have the room I reserved. The bathroom was dirty - the toilet had not been cleaned. The towels were stained and the room smelled musty. Do not stay here.

Don't go there unless you want cheap Dated run down interior. I would never stay stay there again. Almost checked after seeing room, but went ahead and stayed. Bad decision.

Messy and poor service. The guy at the front desk didn't care at all and only gave us one key for the room. When I arrived to my hotel the room didn't have any towels for a shower. I went downstairs to ask for towels and he said there were none available and he would bring some in 30 minutes. They never came. I ended up losing the one key they gave me and when I got back to the lobby that night, nobody was there, and nobody would answer the phone. Room was not clean upon checkin, ended up moving rooms 3x. Rooms were unkept and old; facilities were not clean. Would not recommend.
