Booked and paid for the room in advance and when we arrived to check in we were told there was no room available for us! They were able to give us two rooms with two twin beds for my family of 4, and since we only needed a place to sleep we took it. The place is very outdated and we definately were not comfortable. It was the shortest night we ever spent in a hotel!! The staff was very nice and helpful.

BEDBUGS live here. Go somewhere else. I want to file a complaint to get a refund. My room had BEDBUGS!!

Do not stay here!!! Filthy hotel. Outside of our refrigerator was filthy as well as the inside and the cabinets were in bad need of a cleaning. For an extended stay, you had to request anything you need. We asked for a coffee maker and that's what we got - no coffee cups, just the coffee maker. The front desk girl had to come up and clean the refrigerator and kitchen area when the maid was two rooms over. I felt the room was so dirty that I never took my shoes off because I didn't want to walk on the rugs in the room. "Conti... read more

Pay a Higher Price and Stay Somewhere Else According to the reservations the rooms were supposed to be ready by 3pm for check in. My wife and I arrived at 4pm to check in. When we got to our room the A/C unit was out of the wall so there was a big open hole to the outside. We went and asked the desk clerk about it and was informed that we should go find something to do for at least an hour because the A/Cs were being serviced and wouldn't be back in for about that long. I made a reservation a month in advance They overbooked and refused to help find other accommodations. I was driving from Chicago to Orlando with two kids and a dog. I called at 8 to confirm late check in and they said they were overbooked and it was first come first served. I wasn't going to get there until midnight! The man had no intention of finding other accommodations for us. My 80 year old dad did it for us!

Awful No remote. No lobby attendant. Wrong room. No breakfast. No help at all!!!
