Smelly, few amenities The room said no smoking but it smelled of stale smoke and my clothes ended up smelling. Had to wash everything when I got home. There was no hair dryer but I did get one from the front desk. There were no dishes or utensils, strange for a room with a kitchen. Maybe I could've requested these things but that does seem annoying. The location was not convenient to downtown - 15-20$ uber/lyft ride each way. One of my worst stays in a extended stay motels !! I will start with the carpets when you walk your white socks will become black very quickly totally disgusting. The beds were so old and uncomfortable you awake and your back is sore the rest of the room leaves plenty to desire never will recommend that motel again!!
room was not very clean. both mornings I was woken up before 6am by the noisy garbage truck emptying out the huge containers located right across from my room. on the last day the air conditioner broke down and it was super hot in my room. I would not book this hotel again.
It'll do. Needed a cheap room for the family. The grounds outside are dirty/littered. Non-smoking room smelled a little like cigarettes, from people smoking in the stairwell just outside the room. The room itself was good, with full sized fridge & stove. Not a bad place, but not great either. Priced correctly for what you get.
Disappointed Our room smelled absolutely horrible and wasn't very clean. We found room keys underneath the chair from the previous customer. We were not pleased at all.
terrible reception at night! good utensil! It was near ants ate us! We got a chance! They clean the room once in a week and the reception 's behavior (night) was terrible! We had the same experience in Chicago in this hotel. The good points about this hotel is that this hotel has stove, good refrigerator, TV and microwave.

Thoughtless I reserved two rooms, one was satisfactory, the other had an infestation of ants which was brought on because workers were working with the room door open so the ants traveled into the room. The desk manager did give me another room but the thought of the ants resulted in a sleepless night. The hotel location was fantastic. The room wasn't cleaned between the two night stay. The overall experience was ok.

Hotel Nightmare Dirty, dirty floors socks had to be thrown away from walking on floor. Dust everywere from sanding metal doors. 68 year old disabled vertan placed on third floor stairs only. No help avabile. Not a good idea. No help with bags, no carts.The beds were a night mare inner springs mattress top and bottom meet any were you sit. Must have been 20 years old.

Won't rent again The linen were dirty and was told by the staff laundry was been done and would replace it but they never did. Then someone opened the door from outside at 1am in the morning!!!! Fortunately we had the security latch on and we screamed and they took off running luckily we were checking out in the morning....
