Terrible all the way around The front desk clerk upon arrival was very very un-friendly. When we arrived in our room, all of the furniture was piled up in the kitchen as if the carpets had been cleaned but the furniture not put back. Was supposed to be a non smoking room, but on the window sill was a styrofome cup with water and cigarette butts in it. The bed was terrible.
No room / No notification I wasn't notified that the room I reserved wasn't available until I arrived. They offered me a smoking room ! I had to locate another hotel at 9:00 pm.

Sometimes you don't Get what you pay for Large amounts of noise during the stay. At times it felt like someone was just slamming doors because it was nothing better to do. Limited TV channels. Kitchen area was unacceptable. The temp in the room was either to hot or to cold. The room had a smell, that I could not describe.

Never again When I got there after driving over 10 hour's, they didn't have a room for me had to get on the phone and stay at another place. Reservations were made over a month in advance and called to confirm that I had a room was told yes got there and didn't

Not much to recommend. Hotel is much older than it appears in photos; bathtub and vanity area were stained to the point of looking like they hadn't been cleaned (though Clorox wipes showed that they had). Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled very stale and like someone had smoked in there anyway. The bed linens and towels were flimsy, rough and dingy. Brentwood 2014 Overall, it was a good stay. Very quiet area. Rooms need to be remodeled and a more thorough cleaning needs to take place.
