A nice stay close to downtown Nashville. My experience at this Extended Stay hotel was pleasant, although there were small things that bothered me. Before I get into that, know that I slept, slept well, and felt rested, but I could've done that elsewhere for a cheaper price. Usually, when I'm on long road trips, like I was when I booked this place, I go for cheaper motels because I save, I know I won't be there long, and if there are any issues, I know can tolerate it for the night. Other than the shower drain backing up, I would stay here again. That was the only inconvenience. Love this hotel.

Outside of refrigerator was filthy. I can send pic Overall had a nice stay except refrigerator exterior was filthy.i can send pictures. Lots of bags of garbage laying around by steps. Fire alarm went off in middle of night, so everyone had to go outside cause it hurt our ears. No fire. Car alarm repeatedly went off another night. Room was fine except the refrigerator.

Very pleased The staff was amazing. So nice! My daughter and I stayed a week as I am going through a divorce. The first room had been smoked in but I assumed all rooms at an extended stay would be that way. My room needed a little work, the air conditioning unit needed maintenance, but it got the job done. The carpets were really dirty and stained and the smell was pretty bad from the smokers before. I let the front desk know about the smoking, but decided to just stay put. Booked a room and breakfast through Expedia. However, there was No breakfast room and No breakfast. There never was, as our friendly receptionist explained.

It wasn't very clean & it reeked of a stale sour odor

Needs a cleaning This is a fairly new hotel but is not very well kept. The entire building could use a good scrub. I like extented stay hotels for the most part but this one needs some work. Hotel is located in a nice area.

No one works Seems to be an epidemic, no one likes to work. The desk clerk went home and forwarded the phones. Then I watched him pull up in his car.
