Stay away from hotel I would not recommend staying here. Room was on the third floor, hotel has no elevator. Sink stopper was closed shut, wouldn’t open. Wouldn’t drain. Told staff / front desk this my second morning. Wasn’t fixed when I got back to room late. No maid service. Bed was rock hard with see through sheets. Place was the pits.

Disappointing It was very disappointing! There was no hot water and the room was dirty and it was as disappointment!

Shower was broken and sprayed water. Could not use tub. Floor was dirty. Reported issues and no refund or discount given.

Could be better There were no towels in our room, nor was there soap of any kind. We were placed in a queen room instead of the king room we reserved, with no price adjustment given. The room was on the 3rd floor. As seniors, we needed some help up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage, but we were told no help would be available until the next morning. Also, the dumpsters were right below the entry to our room--not a pleasant smell in the 90+ degree heat.

The room was so dirty, I found a slipper under the bed, and some cigarette butts, the bathroom is disgusting there were hair all over the bath tub. me and my husband were given 2 single bed when i asked for a queen or king bed. Came in at 2pm all the way from MD and the front desk did not let is check in early, we had to wait til 3pm before we have given a room. Don’t book this hotel!! Its a waste of money!! So filthy!!

Booked two rooms with Expedia. Got to hotel around midnight just to find out the hotel said we they had no rooms booked. Try finding two hotel rooms on Friday night in Nashville!! what a Joke will book my own hotel from here on. It’s a nightmare talking to the costumer service from another country. Never again I learned my lesson. Watch out

We had to request literally everything and go pick it up from reception - kitchen supplies, a drain stop for the tub, a coffee maker (but they don’t supply coffee), dish soap (but no sponge). No recycling on site so we had to travel with it into town to dispose of it. The usb chargers don’t work unless the lights are on so it kind of defeats the purpose of even having them. Sucks This website messed up the reservation. So we had 2 twins and I ordered a queen so we had to figure that out and had to wait 30 minutes for them to switch rooms
