Water stuck in bath tub and sink Carpet didn’t clean properly and had bad smell

Gross. Terrible. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. There was a massive puddle in the bathroom when we got in there. The room has multiple spider webs and spiders in them. The room smelled like smoke. There were a ton of bugs right outside the room and when you open the door they all fly in the room. Multiple outlets in the room didn't work.

Do not book with this hotel We arrived for late checkin, the room was just like the last guest left it. Bed not made nothing cleaned. We went back to front desk and was told there wasn’t another room. Another couple were there complaining their bathroom had not been cleaned and was filthy. They also tried to charge us twice. We left and drove around trying to find accommodations.

I paid for the room. They said there were no rooms and would not check me in. This is terrible. I got a message saying that it would be looked into in 72 hours. Nothing about refunding my credit card. This is ridiculous
