What I did not like was being woken up at 3 am by the fire alarm going off and nothing being wrong. I had stayed at the hotel previously in October and the same thing happened twice then. So either it was an extreme coincidence that it happened again or there is a continuous problem.

Never again My overall impression of this place was very disappointing. The smell was bad, broken furniture, broken toilet seat. I booked two rooms at the beginning of the week at a lower rate but then there was a $20 per night fee added for I don't know what for. So for the rest of the week, I booked with hotels.com and got a confirmed room rate. Also, fire alarms went off all night Friday night through Saturday morning with no fire inside or outside. No refund was offered for the inconvenience.

This property needs an update. No elevator, so I had to lug my suitcase up to the second floor. I had to bring in a coffee maker from the lobby because they are no longer left in the rooms, although described as a nonsmoking hotel, I was hit by the heavy odor of cigarette smoke as I entered the room. The plugs didn’t work except in the bathroom so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The TV remote needed batteries so I had to manually change channels and turn the set on and off. At least the girl at the desk was nice.

HORRIBLE!!! When I arrived in the room after a long day of working, the smoke alarm had been pulled partially down from the ceiling and it was chirping (beeping). I attempted to remove the battery but was unable to do so. I pushed a reset button and beeping stopped. I attempted to call the desk but phone in room was dead. At 4 AM the next morning, the beeping began again. I was furious. You have been warned I normally do not leave reviews but I needed to warn everyone. This place is one step above a homeless shelter. The number of shopping carts under the stairs made me wonder. If you plan to stay here bring Lysol wipes and toilet paper. First is to wipe the filthy place down and the second is because on check in we had a role of paper with 10 sheets left on it. you have to call to get your room serviced if you're staying more than a week. We had a roof leak in our room and we informed front desk about it, waited an hour for personnel to check it out and no body came. Mirror was written "dirty" on it by another guest which shows they don't clean it.
