The room was extremely dirty. Considering our country is in the middle of a viral pandemic, you’d think they would be going above and beyond to clean. The room was filthy! Ants everywhere! Luckily we brought our own disinfectant wipes (because of the coronavirus). So we had to clean the whole room before we could even settle in for the night! We would have left, but it was late and we had already paid for the room online.

Probably either the worst or second worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Instead of the queen bed I requested, my room had two twins. There was a smell from the refrigerator, and exposed insulation on the base of the freezer. Some of the outlets didn’t work right for my charger or it fell out because they weren’t tight. And on the wall next to the outlets was a black semi circle of God knows what that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The property needs to be updated. Went to 3 rooms 1st room 319 just gross chipped old bath tube and shower not cleaned moved to another room 318 smelled like smoke supposed to be smoke free stayed there the people in 316 smoked in the bathroom and it filled our bathroom and our room just smelled Had to keep door closed cut back smoke. Book a king room paid more and slept in a queen bed wouldn't gives us the difference because it was a 3rd party booking.
