Hotel did not look like one pictured on website. Not clean. Would NEVER stay there!

Walked in and was told no rooms available so they aren't me across the rd to the other location. Got across the rd and they had no rooms available so she told me to book a room online at the other location, so i did and went back. The guy complained to me that the other location was lazy and had rooms available she just didnt want to do the work. In the end seemed like he was lazy and didnt want to book the room either. Horrible experience after driving for 9 hrs and just wanting to lay down. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

What I did not like was being woken up at 3 am by the fire alarm going off and nothing being wrong. I had stayed at the hotel previously in October and the same thing happened twice then. So either it was an extreme coincidence that it happened again or there is a continuous problem.

Never again My overall impression of this place was very disappointing. The smell was bad, broken furniture, broken toilet seat. I booked two rooms at the beginning of the week at a lower rate but then there was a $20 per night fee added for I don't know what for. So for the rest of the week, I booked with hotels.com and got a confirmed room rate. Also, fire alarms went off all night Friday night through Saturday morning with no fire inside or outside. No refund was offered for the inconvenience.

This property needs an update. No elevator, so I had to lug my suitcase up to the second floor. I had to bring in a coffee maker from the lobby because they are no longer left in the rooms, although described as a nonsmoking hotel, I was hit by the heavy odor of cigarette smoke as I entered the room. The plugs didn’t work except in the bathroom so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The TV remote needed batteries so I had to manually change channels and turn the set on and off. At least the girl at the desk was nice.
