Do not book with this hotel We arrived for late checkin, the room was just like the last guest left it. Bed not made nothing cleaned. We went back to front desk and was told there wasn’t another room. Another couple were there complaining their bathroom had not been cleaned and was filthy. They also tried to charge us twice. We left and drove around trying to find accommodations.

I paid for the room. They said there were no rooms and would not check me in. This is terrible. I got a message saying that it would be looked into in 72 hours. Nothing about refunding my credit card. This is ridiculous

The property was misrepresented online. The rooms have not been updated, are small, and it feels like management is trying to squeeze the last remaining dollars out of this facility…without putting any money into updates. The entire stay was very disappointing.

Never Again I will never book this location again. Let's start with check in. My room was on the third floor. I asked about availability on the first floor and was informed that there wasn't any, but when I went downstairs looking for the vending machine, there were at least 3 rooms available. Around 2 am the next day I stayed the fire alarm started malfunctioning. It did that for about two hours. The last night I stayed a couple decided they wanted to act a fool out in the parking lot.
