Filthy The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, bugs everywhere, syringes under the bed, no smoke detector attached, none of the power was working, and overall unacceptable experience

Worst hotel ever. Smeilled terrible in room. Slept in my car

They were very rude and did not have my room I reserved almost a year in advance. Would not recommend to anyone.

The place was filthy inside and out ! Was faster to rinse off with a cup in the shower than to use the shower ! Had to tie a towel around the shower pipe so that the water wouldnt spray up and over the curtain onto the floor . Was way past time for a remodel and new or even clean carpet ! Walls and ceilings too thin so had to sleep with ear plugs in .

Room had bugs mold in the freezer and the phone did not work

I am travelling alone, and I would have never chosen a site with exterior door entrances to room units. When I arrived, I noticed that the rooms were all exterior facing. The staff member said that the interior room option would have been given to me, but that's mostly for 'people who live here' and she indicated that I would feel safer in the exterior room nearer to the office. Never again No hot water and they knew it when we arrived. We had to leave and get another hotel this morning so we could shower as it’s 2days no hot water and we were scrambling to get to our son’s graduation on time. Won’t give a refund and apparently you say you won’t either. Will be my last Hotels.com booking and will still fight the charges with Visa. You didn’t provide the product you sold me when you charged me. We could live without the shampoo and iron but I think anyone would agree no hot water is extreme.
