While the physical condition of the property is run down - unfortunately even the refurbished rooms are unclean (dirty wood floors and bath ceiling), and plumbing issues in more than one room for which our party was moved twice, we did appreciate the wonderful effort made by many members of the team - Sammy, Joshua (AGM) and Andrea (GM) to make this right.
I could tell it was a bit older building. The tub looked dirty, but when I tried to clean, couldn't get stain out. Piece of wood loose from the wall in kitchen area.

Just needs upkeep with cleanliness overall. Says no smoking but cigarette butts on walkways, stairways. Parking lot needed picked up. Stains on carpets and in bathtub.

Extended Stay Hotels It was nice the grounds could have been cleaner and they were doing som remodeling. Overall it was a good stay.

We were very disappointed in our stay. Bathroom only had a partial roll of toilet paper lots of hair and dirt in the corners. Beds only had 3 pillows each . The room smelled of old cigarettes. I could smell it thru my cpap. I’ve never left a bad review on Expedia. I used all my points for this stay .
