Well the dead bolt would not turn to the lock position so I grabbed my cordless drill from my truck & removed the insert on the door frame where the lock went into & found whoever installed it used a beer cap as a spacer between the lip & door frame! I had to completely take the dead bolt apart & reposition it for it to work properly. Obviously this was a big safety concern & the hotel clerk happened to be walking by as I was repairing this so I was able to tell her about this but was offered no partial refund or to even swi... read more
Quick stay For the price and convenience worked very well. Just needed place to rest and take a shower and service was good and room was clean and quiet.

no thanks it felt like i was inconveniencing them by being there. the room was far more “aged” than the pictures depicted.
