Close to interstate There was no hot water and when we addressed it to the staff all they said was that there was nothing they could do about it. There was roaches crawling around in the bathroom. And the pillows on the bed were worn down and dengy looking.

Nice hotel but no hot water hand sink and shower Terrible experience - toilet clogged with FULL OF soiled toilet paper (might be from a previous customer). I called front desk, she said I have to do it myself with a a plunger located at TRASH room. - hand sink totally no hot water - shower no hot water during peak hours 5 to 7pm. I did talk to first shift manager about my horrible experience during my check out. BEWARE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED BY A VERIFIED TRAVELER! Check in was to be at 3PM! Told that the room was not ready, would take about 40min. Waited 1hr to be safe. Room was still not ready! Lady at front desk told me we can give you an upgraded room no charge. (Upgraded means 2 doubles rather than 1 Queen so don't get TOO Exited!!) I agreed , and off to the room I went. Smelly, not that clean, plumbing issues! My experience was rocky from beginning to end. It took two hours for my reservation to be found before I could check in. The room smelt very sour, I had to go buy room fresher to deal with the odor. My kitchen and bathroom sink was stopped up with standing water that wouldn't drain. Tub drained slow. Housekeeping came in with a hanger which didn't work I was told maintenance didn't show up that day. They never sent maintenance in the day after or any other day of our stay. Room very dirty I had to clean bathroom to use it. The carpet had holes in it I cut my foot on nails sticking out of it. Breakfast was a joke literally a small cabinet they open that has coffee on top and a basket with small muffins in it that’s it I have seen more at places that don’t advertise having anything for breakfast and front desk people had people coming and going every time I was down there not sure if it was famaily or what but they would glare at you like we were bugging them made me uneasy

I wasn’t happy When I arrived at check-in I received a different price than I received when I booked the room. The bed is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

I could hear the bed moving the whole freaking Nigh from the second floor was hard to stay sleep

Beg bugs First room was room #219 bed bugs yuck,second was room #109 had no choice but to stay there on bussines no more rooms anywhere! Front desk sucked about what happened with the beg bugs the night black lady was just there no caring about me itching or anything..

I was VERY disappointed with this hotels customer service. I booked my room ahead of time but when I arrived at the hotel I was informed they had moved my reservation to another hotel in Kenner, La. I was never contacted prior to arrival and no one offered any explanation or apologies. Poor customer service! When I arrived in Kenner, the paperwork was wrong but that issue was eventually resolved. I will definitely not stay there again. The upside was the grab and go breakfast was fair and the room appeared clean enough.
