The staff was very friendly and luckily the other hotel guests were not noisy, but it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There was hair in the tub and on the counter when I arrived. No drain cover on the bathroom drain so you could see all the hair caught in the drain. Stains and damaged areas all over the carpet and bathroom counter. Poor service Our flight was arriving before check-in so I called and asked about an early check in and was told that when we arrived, they would check and see if something was ready. When we arrived, the man at the counter would not check but simply said check in was at 3:00! We came back at 2:46 and he gave the same response!! 14 minutes before the time he could not have cared less.

Roaches! Low talker check in clerk, tiny roaches in the room and guests next door up all night shouting and slamming doors! Not the best hotel stay I’ve ever had by far…..

Locked Out We checked in and went to room. The door was already open. We were told that repair workers must have left it opened. We go to unloading and found a couple of the lamps not working. The following day we go back up to the room and our key don’t work. Asked worker to try his key and it still won’t open. Went back down and had two more keys made and both keys won’t open the door. the room was dirty,the stove was rusted. It smelled like food. We stayed the 1st night and changed hotels the next morning.
