We bailed and didn’t stay One of the worst hotels I’ve been to. We didn’t even stay. There was mold and stains on the carpet. We found cockroaches. The other rooms had stains on chairs. Overall very dirty and rundown.

I am a DJ, the elevators were broke, I was staying on the 4th floor. Each Night I had to haul equipment up and down 4 flights of stairs. I do this at least 4 times a year and have always stayed with this hotel but this experience was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I feel a total reimbursement is in order. First of all I want to say the front desk people at check in and check out were kind. As an extended stay hotel, I expected the room to have more things like plates, cups, utensils, cooking tools etc. in the cabinets. Even for 1 night, I was hoping for those items to eat in. I don't think I should have to ask but part of the experience of an "extended stay" hotel. While the flooring, towels, bed, shower and toilet felt fresh, stains on the counters/shelves, dirt underneath the liner of the trash can made me feel I would not ... read more

HOT WATER UNAVAILABLE This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Room #1 had absolutely NO HOT WATER - the room itself had a stale smell to it - the bed was very wobbly, we had no ice at the hotel, the towels also didn’t look clean - so I went to the local Target a purchased some, call and went the the front desk several times no one was there so we couldn’t get a new room until the next day. Shower and basin was just a trickle of water

Hotel is pretty run down and wasn’t clean. The room also had a smoke odor.

Do not stay unless you enjoy filthy mattresses Got there, charged $100 deposit (Have yet to receive back) check into the room. Go to untuck the sheets & numerous URINE STAINS on the sheets. I go tell front desk & there a lack of concern as if this happens normally. Got to get my refund & was not given an other accommodations other than new sheets & shrugged shoulders.
